Terms of Service

The basics of using IDENTITIES. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Last updated October 11, 2026

Your account

You need to be at least 13 years old to use IDENTITIES. If you're under the age of adulthood where you live, please make sure a parent or guardian is okay with it. Keep your password private and save your recovery key, since we don't use email for password resets.

Your content

What you create is yours. By posting it, you let us store and display it so the site can work, like showing your page to visitors. Please only share things you have the right to share. If you publish a template, others can use its design.

Using the site

Please follow our Code of Conduct and use IDENTITIES in a way that's respectful to others and to the service itself. Accounts that are used to harm others or the site may be limited or removed.

Moderation

To keep the community healthy, staff may hide content, send a warning, pause posting, lock a page or close an account when the rules aren't followed. If you think we got something wrong, contact us and we'll take another look.

Donations and payments

Donations are optional and help keep the site running. Payments are processed by Stripe, so we never see your card details. If something goes wrong with a payment, contact us and we'll help.

The service

We work hard to keep IDENTITIES running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and features may change over time. Feed posts are removed automatically after 30 days.

Responsibility

You're responsible for what you post. IDENTITIES isn't responsible for content posted by other members or for websites you visit through links on the site.

Leaving

You can delete your account any time from Account settings, which removes your page and files.

Updates to these terms

If we make important changes, we'll let everyone know on the Updates page. Continuing to use the site means you're okay with the updated terms.
